| the only thing I can increase is the merchandise (I need to make better shows) or increase of shows per month (More money) Your choice of the new contract... This is what I am think however
Your current contract (Some spots might open after Friday because James Axe and El Vato Loco are leaving) 4 weeks (For improvemtn of contract) 4 shows (Max) 45% Merchandise (Remember... contracts cost a lot of money... 66,000 fantaeuros for wednesday's show... Merchandise can help soften the blow)
Here is what Gm's get paid for and have to pay....
We get paid for...
the number of tickets sold Merchandise
We have to pay...
Show costs Wreslter's salaries Gm Salary Arena capacity upgrade
I will post the last two weeks to show you how much it accually costs
This is what I had to pay for...
2008-03-05 Wrestler salary -€ 66.102 2008-03-05 Gm's salary -€ 903 2008-03-05 Show cost. -€ 14.000 2008-03-02 Arena capacity upgrade (+250 seating capacity) -€ 10.000 2008-02-29 Wrestler salary -€ 37.605 2008-02-29 Gm's salary -€ 482 2008-02-29 Show cost. -€ 10.000 2008-02-27 Show cost. -€ 25.000 2008-02-27 Gm's salary -€ 927 2008-02-27 Wrestler salary -€ 58.029 2008-02-23 Arena capacity upgrade (+250 seating capacity) -€ 10.000 This all equals -€ 233.048 in money... Now do you see how much it costs to make shows? _________________ General Managing isn't a job... It is a life style. |

| no... as far as you are concerned, I need the merchandise... but if you are curious to how much I can make here it is...
2008-03-06 Merchandising € 17.067 2008-03-05 Ticked selled (9224). € 92.240 2008-03-02 Merchandising € 9.649 2008-02-29 Ticked selled (5038). € 50.380 2008-02-28 Merchandising € 16.140 2008-02-27 Ticked selled (9274). € 92.740 2008-02-23 Merchandising € 12.826 € 291.042
If I was to take out the merchandising, my shows would be a lot worse. None of that shows how much I put into my arena. _________________ General Managing isn't a job... It is a life style. |

This sounds fine to me for now, unless James or El Vato have vacated higher spots today. Then one of there contract levels would work. |

| well, if your leaving this fed... I would be sad, but here is the lay out...
1. Contract time: This is the most important thing in any contract. There are three reasons why. 1. You might not like the fed, and you will be stuck with it until you break your contract or just quit it. 2. You might like the fed, but you might only have 2 to 4 weeks. In the end the Gm might not give you a new contract. 3. You might want into a different fed, and your current contract still has 4 to 10 weeks. There is a possibility that the Gm will find someone to fill your spot. (Don't contact Gm's while under contract (MAJOR CONSQUENCES) and you might get banned from all feds) Another thing is that Gm's work together.
2. Salary/shows per month: This is the 2nd most important concept to a contract. This is kind of paired with the number of shows per month. (I know that I haven't given all you your total shows, please forgive me) 1. You might have a legend contract with 2 shows per month... that means you will not get a lot of shows. (The Higher the fed, the more you will get paid (I am cucrently the 5th highest)) 2. The number of shows is really important. Say you have a jobber contract (Lowest contract) and you have four shows a month. That is better than a mid carder with 3 spm and sometimes main eventers with 3 spm. 3. Try to find the perfect quality with quanity. (Legends rarely get 4 shows because they are really really expensive.) So Superstar with 4 spm is almost equal to a legend with 3.
3. Merchandise: This is not very important unless your greedy. This helps shows become better because Gm's might not have enough money to give you a cage/First blood match. 1. Do not be greedy, the more spm you get, the more money you get from Merchandise. 2. Good range... This is what I try to give people who I want into my fed... 45-65. I try not to go higher except with my top 10. The top ten can exceed this limit but might not get 75%. 3. Salaries cost gm's a lot of money, and we get a lot of help from merchandise. Gm's need merchandise to lower the blow from the salaries cost. So Merchandise is to help Gm's.... not wrestlers.
That is MY guide to contract basics. _________________ General Managing isn't a job... It is a life style. |
